Diane Cavazos was well established in the fundraising community before being recruited by The Curtis Group. She chaired the capital campaign for St. Mary Star of the Sea School, implemented an annual fund program for St. Joseph Catholic Church, both in Hampton, Va., and helped with the fundraising achievements of Virginia Wesleyan College and the College of William and Mary.

Diane’s development expertise spans a broad range of skills, from planning donor cultivation events to creating fundraising databases to research and writing for proposals and reports. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University magna cum laude and holds a master’s degree from the College of William and Mary.
