Erin Phillips has put together an impressive list of credentials after just 10 years working in the fundraising, marketing and communications industries. Her development experience includes donor stewardship and cultivation, special event planning, corporate and foundation relations, and grant writing. Erin’s focus at The Curtis Group is client management and the marketing of the firm.
Before joining The Curtis Group, Erin served as development officer for The Aspen Institute, where she led corporate and foundation relations, managed donor stewardship and special events, and worked on a number of multimillion-dollar campaigns. Prior to that, Erin worked in media and advertising as the marketing director of The Atlantic, in Washington, D.C., and as a marketing manager in New York, at VOGUE, where she oversaw domestic fashion and luxury goods accounts.
Erin holds a BA in English from The College of William and Mary. She also received a certificate in publishing from New York University and has studied at Christ College, Cambridge. Erin is a member of The Association of Fundraising Professionals-Hampton Roads chapter and serves on the marketing committee of The Giving Institute.
