Keith Curtis, president and CEO of The Curtis Group, has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of fundraising and nonprofit management, leading a firm that has raised hundreds of millions of dollars for its clients.

Keith’s proven expertise includes fundraising planning studies, board and volunteer training, strategic planning, campaign management, annual giving, and endowment programs. A dynamic and motivational speaker, he is a frequent presenter for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Virginia Fund Raising Institute, and Academy for Nonprofit Excellence.

Keith conducts volunteer and staff leadership training and workshops on a variety of topics. His commitment to philanthropy is also evident through his role on the board of the Giving Institute (formerly the American Association of Fund Raising Counsel) and as board president for the Hampton Roads Gift Planning Council.  In 2009 he was appointed to serve on the board of directors for Giving USA Foundation and has since co-chaired its Resource Development Committee.  At the request of his Giving Institute colleagues, he will co-chair the organization’s 2011 Summer Symposium.
