Natalie McGaughey, development coordinator, manages a variety of responsibilities for The Curtis Group including general operations, communications, events, and other administrative tasks.  She also assists with client support for campaign management, planning studies, and development assessments.

Before joining The Curtis Group, Natalie worked with a variety of nonprofits as an intern and volunteer, including Habitat for Humanity of South Hampton Roads, ForKids, Inc. and Seton House Youth Shelters.

Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College where she focused on community outreach.  She spent a semester on “Learning Poverty through Service” by participating in an alternative learning program in Nicaragua’s rural school system. Natalie is currently working on her Master’s in Public Administration at Old Dominion University.
