Natalie McGaughey, development coordinator, holds a bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College where she focused on community outreach, through an intensive learning semester on “Learning Poverty through Service” and participation in an alternative learning program in Nicaragua working towards the betterment of a rural school system.

Before joining The Curtis Group, Natalie worked with a variety of nonprofits as both an intern and volunteer, including Habitat for Humanity of South Hampton Roads, ForKids, Inc. and Seton House Youth Shelters.

Natalie is the day-to-day contact for clients of The Curtis Group. She also assists with campaign management activities, schedules interviews for our philanthropic market research, and maintains our master calendar and databases. Additionally, in her role with The Curtis Group, Natalie handles the administrative duties for the Hampton Roads Gift Planning Council.
