Development Assessments

Even if you’re not planning a major campaign, you may want to expand or modify your fundraising efforts.

In a development assessment, also called a development audit, we conduct a thorough review of your fundraising programs. By assessing your development strengths, weaknesses, and the effectiveness of your current efforts, we pinpoint areas of challenge and opportunity.

Our assessment includes meeting with staff and board leadership, analyzing your development materials, and conducting confidential interviews with selected donors, volunteers, board members, and staff.

Then we prepare a detailed report that includes recommendations for improving contributed income in both the short and long term, enabling you to make realistic plans for the future.
