In 2007, The Curtis Group performed a development assessment/audit for this well-respected arts organization.
After several meetings with VSC management and key board leadership, we advised the company to focus on individual major-gift fundraising, an area largely neglected in its past development activities.
We also assisted VSC in its search for a new director of development. The company is now examining the possibility of a feasibility study to bolster its contributed income.
