Lorry brings more than three decades of experience in marketing and communications to her role as Director of Marketing at The Curtis Group. She has spent her career helping mission-driven organizations articulate purpose, strengthen trust, and connect meaningfully with the audiences who advance their work.

Lorry is deeply committed to the power of philanthropy as a force for progress—personally and professionally—and is drawn to organizations that work intentionally to turn generosity into lasting impact for individuals, institutions, and communities.

This belief is what led her to The Curtis Group. She is energized by the firm’s mission of promoting philanthropy and partnering with nonprofits to plan for their future, build awareness, and raise substantial resources in support of the causes they serve.

Before joining The Curtis Group, Lorry held senior marketing and communications roles across fundraising consulting, healthcare, and professional services, including leadership positions at Marts&Lundy and Martha Jefferson Hospital. Across these roles, she led integrated marketing strategies, brand development, and thought leadership initiatives that aligned organizational values with clear, compelling narratives.

Lorry holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Virginia and has dedicated her career to supporting organizations whose work advances opportunity, stewardship, and positive change.
