The Curtis Group Promotes Kaitlin Robb to Vice President
VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia (January 2, 2025) — The Curtis Group, consultants to nonprofits, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kaitlin Robb to vice president. In this new role, Robb will be responsible for managing nonprofit clients, leading the firm’s marketing and communications, and mentoring the next generation of nonprofit consultants and leaders.
Robb has been with the firm since 2013, joining as a consultant before being promoted to senior consultant and director of marketing. Specifically, in these capacities, she led and developed strategy for clients’ planning studies, capacity-building initiatives, trainings and successful campaign management. During that time, Robb was credited with supporting the missions of more than 30 nonprofit partners, helping them raise almost $100 million. These include her work with the Virginia Aquarium in Virginia Beach, VA, Camp Holiday Trails in Charlottesville, VA, Community Education Building in Wilmington, DE and Center for Public Justice in Alexandria, VA.

In addition to her client work, Robb is past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Hampton Roads chapter. Robb holds a degree in French and religious studies from the University of Virginia.
