Wendy McGrady has more than 30 years of development and marketing experience. Much of Wendy’s work takes place behind the scenes working with clients to develop their fundraising capacity or to ensure the success of their campaign, but she has also become a sought-after presenter. She has served on the faculty of Tidewater Community College’s Academy for Nonprofit Excellence, University of Richmond’s Institute on Philanthropy, and has spoken at the Hudson Institute, as well as Association of Fundraising Professionals chapters across the region. She currently serves on the board of the Giving USA Foundation and is past co-chair of the Giving USA Editorial Review Board. Assisting clients achieve their development and organizational goals is what motivates Hilary Fulp about her work at The Curtis Group. As a consultant, Hilary works with a diverse set of nonprofit clients to enhance their overall fundraising capacity. She has successfully overseen the day-to-day execution of numerous campaign planning studies, development assessments, capacity-building initiatives and campaigns ranging from $2 million to $16 million. Beyond her experience with major gift fundraising, Hilary has presented on topics, such as building a fundraising board and crafting a strategic development plan
