Giving USA: Charitable Giving Reached a New High in Current Dollars, Totaling $592.5 Billion in 2024

According to Giving USA 2025, total charitable giving in the U.S. reached an estimated $592.5 billion in 2024 — up 6.3% in current dollars and 3.3% when adjusted for inflation. While the current climate might feel tenuous and the road ahead remains uncertain, this robust increase in giving is encouraging.
