As a consultant, Abby Weber works with a wide array of nonprofit clients across different sectors and geographic regions, successfully leading campaign planning studies, campaign management and fundraising capacity-building efforts. She currently serves on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Central Virginia Chapter as co-chair of the programming committee. She is an active member of the Virginia Association of Fundraising Executives and has conducted trainings through the Virginia Fund Raising Institute, Virginia Gift Planning Council, Tidewater Community College’s Academy for Nonprofit Excellence, Central Virginia Academy of Nonprofit Excellence, and the Hampton Roads Community Foundation. Assisting clients achieve their development and organizational goals is what motivates Hilary Fulp about her work at The Curtis Group. As a consultant, Hilary works with a diverse set of nonprofit clients to enhance their overall fundraising capacity. She has successfully overseen the day-to-day execution of numerous campaign planning studies, development assessments, capacity-building initiatives and campaigns ranging from $2 million to $16 million. Beyond her experience with major gift fundraising, Hilary has presented on topics, such as building a fundraising board and crafting a strategic development plan.
