The Curtis Group is thrilled to welcome Kate Boyles as the newest consultant and member of our team.
Kate will be responsible for nonprofit campaign coordination and client relations for The Curtis Group’s clients throughout the eastern United States.
Prior to joining The Curtis Group, Kate served as associate director of development at The Steward School. She has also held the role of director of development with Riverside School and Richmond Behavioral Health Foundation.
Kate has over a decade of experience working with nonprofit organizations to build relationships, meet financial goals, and strengthen operations in order to achieve their missions. Her experience covers a range of development activities, including the planning, management and implementation of annual fundraising programs, board engagement, campaign planning, and nonprofit communications. She is passionate about the benefits of collaboration and communication. She brings this collaborative drive to her role as a consultant, helping development teams, boards, and volunteer leadership work cohesively and strategically to meet their goals.
Kate graduated magna cum laude from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and women’s studies. She also has a certificate in planned giving from the Institute on Philanthropy at the University of Richmond. In her free time, Kate loves staying active in the Richmond community with her husband, Josh, and their two children, Charles and Amelia.
