We are so thrilled to announce the promotion of Wendy and Victoria

Wendy McGrady has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She will spearhead the internal operations of the firm while also managing marketing, communications and her nonprofit clients and fundraising campaigns throughout the country. She has been with the firm since 2007, working with clients such as Cohen Veterans Network in six locations, community colleges across Virginia, health care institutions, retirement communities, human service organizations of all sizes and many arts organizations.

Victoria Dietz has been promoted to Executive Vice President. In this new capacity, she will be responsible for leading and managing the firm’s work in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) and supporting talent development and recruitment for the firm, while also managing clients across the country. During her decade tenure, she has been integral to the success of over 55 nonprofits, helping them raise more than $315 million.

“Walking in a new city or a national park, but most of the time walking in my neighborhood”

Who is your favorite Disney hero or heroine? “Moana harnessed the legacy of her grandmother to chart her course. My mom and Grandmom empowered me to do the same!” “My daughter, Caroline, would be very upset if I didn’t say Elsa!”

 

What is something you are looking forward to? “My next vacation!” “Summer, bring on the sunshine!”
